Global Evaluation

Project Evaluator: Ray Kirtley

External evaluation of the MTTEP project is the responsibility of Global Learning Ltd represented by Ray Kirtley (R.Kirtley@hull.ac.uk). Global Learning Ltd is a specialist consultancy with a portfolio that includes European project evaluation, in-service teachers training design and delivery and assessment of funding applications. Previous work has included the evaluation of the European Studies Programme and the British Council Connecting Classrooms (Europe) Programme. Global Learning is currently the external evaluator for the t-Mail project which is focussed on mobile technology and self regulated learning (Erasmus + Key action 3).
Contact the Director jill.ritchie@globallearning.co.uk for further information.

MTTEP project evaluation is based on an evaluation plan produced for the first project meeting. This sets out the quality criteria for each aspect of the project and the measuring instruments to be used. Evaluation is a continuous process based on a clear understanding of the workplan and growing familiarity with the partner institutions. Part of the contract  is the requirement for the evaluator to attend project meetings, multiplier events and  the final conference and produce detailed evaluation reports for each meeting and event. For the multipliers and final conference evaluation extends beyond the partnership to event participants and other external views of the project will be sought as the contract passes its mid point in April 2016.
